The space
Our second condo, purchased in January 2021, Heron 408 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the bay, pools and lazy river. The master has a king bed and brand new furniture, a new smart TV and Cox Cable. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and cable, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds, a smart TV and cable. There is a dining table in the main room. Living room is spacious with a large u shaped sofa and another new 65 inch big screen Smart TV and cable. A full laundry room with new washer and dryer make keeping clothes and towels clean a breeze. The spacious balcony has a 6 person table and overlooks the lazy river.

Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the balcony that has a spectacular view of the bay, pools and lazy river!

As a courtesy to our guests, we have beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and a beach cart on the balcony that you are free to use as well! Just put them back before you leave.

Salty Vibes is a family owned and operated business. We self manage all 5 of our condos and take great pride in trying to create the perfect environment for your family to make life Long Beach vacation memories.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the resort amenities, including lazy river, pool, hot tubs and outdoor gilling area on the bay side and the beach, pool and hot tub on the beach side, as well as the fitness center and dock for fishing. It is truly the premier resort in Fort Walton Beach.
Guest interaction
My wife and I own a second unit in Destin West on the bayside and one on the gulfside so you may see us hanging around on the beach or at one of the pools and hot tubs or fishing off the pier. I love the lazy river so you are likely to see me floating around. You will have our email addresses and cell phone numbers for anything you may need! Our goal is for you to have a first class vacation so you will want to return year after year.
Neighborhood overview
Destin/Fort Walton Beach is a beautiful area with white sand beaches and crystal clear water. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is located in Fort Walton Beach, between the Fort Walton and Destin bridges. Soak up the sun at the beach or at one of the pools at the resort. Fish off the pier within walking distance or the marina dock on the Bayside of the resort. Rent a pontoon boat or wave runner on the bay and hang out at everyone's favorite spot - Crab Island.
Getting around
While it is possible to walk to restaurants and use Uber to get around, you should probably have a car to make it easier to get around
