The space
This spacious unit has a master bedroom that looks out over the lazy river and bay, with a king size bed and an adjacent master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. A guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds large enough for 3. There is also a wonderful living room with a dining area and bar. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and all stainless steel appliances.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the resort amenities, including lazy river, pool, hot tubs and outdoor gilling area on the bay side and the beach, pool and hot tub on the beach side, as well as the fitness center and dock for fishing. It is truly the premier resort in Fort Walton Beach.
Guest interaction
My wife and I own a second unit in Destin West on the bayside and one on the gulfside so you may see us hanging around on the beach or at one of the pools and hot tubs or fishing off the pier. I love the lazy river so you are likely to see me floating around. You will have our email addresses and cell phone numbers for anything you may need! Our goal is for you to have a first class vacation so you will want to return year after year.
Neighborhood overview
Destin/Fort Walton Beach is a beautiful area with white sand beaches and crystal clear water. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is located in Fort Walton Beach, between the Fort Walton and Destin bridges. Soak up the sun at the beach or at one of the pools at the resort. Fish off the pier within walking distance or the marina dock on the Bayside of the resort. Rent a pontoon boat or wave runner on the bay and hang out at everyone's favorite spot - Crab Island.
Getting around
While it is possible to walk to restaurants and use Uber to get around, you should probably have a car to make it easier to get around
